RTE UP Admission: If you are a residence of Uttar Pradesh and belongs to economically weaker section then it is something which you should read and know because under RTE UP Admission Scheme all private schools are bound to reserve the 25% seats for children belonging to ews category if you are the lucky one and your child got selected in the list then your child will study for free till class 8th in non-government school of the state and here on this page I am going to share the detail information regarding RTE UP.

What is RTE UP?

The RTE mainly stands for Right to Education for every child and UP for Uttar Pradesh. It comes in force in the year 2010 and from then now lot’s of child got benefited from this scheme but still the huge part of state is not aware about the scheme and which I am trying to explain here.

Under RTE UP act all schools have to reserved the 25% quota of seats for the children belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category and selected child will get education for free till class 8th in non-government school.

The admission form will be appear on the official website of RTE UP you can get it online from the website yourself and the form is free of cost. If you belong to rural area then you have to take print of the form and submit it nearest Basic Shiksha Sadan. However if you belongs to urban are of the state then you have to apply online the details procedure is already shared below.

RTE UP Admission Registration Process 2020-21

To apply under RTE UP Scheme you can apply via 2 methods

  • Online
  • Offline

Online registration process is basically for urban area while the offline procedure will works for the rural area of UP state so have a glance on it.

Offline Registration Procedure to Apply for RTE UP Admission

To apply under this scheme first you have to download the application form through the official channel the admission form link is already shared you can download it via clicking on the link and can take its print now fill the form properly and attached all the necessary form and also list the name of school in the list and submit it to nearest Basic Shiksha Sadan Office.

Online Registration Procedure to Apply for RTE UP Admission

The next is online process which is applicable for urban area for this you have to simply follow these steps:

Step 1: open the official website of RTE UP from here; http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in/

Step 2: click on “Online Application/ Student Login

Step 3: now click  “New Student Registration” on the next page

Step 4: now you have to enter your details in the form and then have to click on “register” button.

After registering you have will get the registration number and password on your email id and mobile number now again open the website and click on “Online Application/ Student Login” button.

Step 5: Now enter your login details on the form here you have to fill the guardian details and have to upload the documents.

Step 6: Now you can see the final submission button please before that review the form once because after the final submission you will not able to make any changes in the form if reviewed the form just click on “Final Submission” button.

Congratulations you have successfully applied for RTE UP Admission 2020-21 now wait for the result once it’s out you can check it online as well to check the result online you have to do following things.

How to Check Lottery Result for RTE UP Admission 2020

Open the website or RTE UP here: http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in/

Here you have to click on “Lottery Result

On the next page you have choose your district and then Lottery from drop down menu in the box.

Now a list will display on your screen from where you can check your name in the list either your child is selected or not

List of Documents Required for UP RTE Registration 2020

 *Proof of Date of Birth:

  1. Birth certificate under the Birth. Death and Marriage Certificate Act. 1969.
  2. Hospital/Auxiliary urse and Midwife.(ANM) register record.
  3. Anganwadi Record.
  4. Declaration of age of the child by the parents or guardian.

Proof of Present Residential Address:-

  1. Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
  2. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.. .
  3. Voter I card of any of the parents.
  4. Electricity Bill/BSNL telephone bill/Water bill.
  5. Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
  6. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

Proof of Economically Weaker Section (EWS):-

  1. certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
  2. BPL Ration Card (Yellow coloured)
  3. AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)
  4. Food Security card issued by Food & supply Dept.(GNCT of Uttar Pradesh)

Proof of Disadvantage Group (DG):-.

  1. Caste Certificate issued by Revenue Dept. GNCT Uttar Pradesh or by Tehsildar SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of Child Parents.
  2. Medical Certificate issued by Govt. Hospital in respect of child with Special Needs/Disabled.
  3. Documentary evidence for Orphan. (4) Documentary evidence for Transgender.
