NEET Eligibility Criteria for Admission

Qualifying Exam

10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Minimum Age Requirement

17 years as on December 31, 2019.

Maximum Age Limit

Not more than 25 years of age for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.

Qualifying Marks

UR – 50%, OBC/SC/ST – 40%, PWD – 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

Maximum Attempts

No limit on the permitted number of attempts.

Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals

List of Documents Required for NEET Admission

The next is how to apply or register for neet online but before we do start the process we must collect and scan all the required documents in the pc so that, we can apply without any inconvenience.

So here is the list of documents required for NEET admission:

  • 10th class marksheet
  • 12th class marksheet
  • Scanned copy of candidate’s passport sized photograph
  • Scanned copy of candidate’s signature
  • Valid ID proof
  • For Applicants from Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu & Kashmir: Ration card no. or bank account number is accepted. For Foreign candidates, Passport Number is a valid ID Proof.

NEET Application Form Registration Process

You can directly go to the page of NTA can register yourself but it will be helpful to read these steps for NEET Registration.

Step 1: Click on this link for NEET registration – https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Registration/Instruction.aspx

Step 2: Scroll down and click on “Proceed to apply online neet (UG) – 2019

Step 3: Fill in your name, mother name, father name, select category, DOB, Gender, Nationality,Identification type, mobile number, email id, security pin and then hit preview & next button as shown in below image.

Step 4: In the next step you have to upload your documents such as your photograph (size 10 – 100kb)  & signature (size 3 – 20 kb).

Step 5: Now you will be redirect to payment page make payment as per your convenience via net banking, debit card or credit card etc.

Step 6: Congratulations you will see an confirmation page on the screen that means your application is received take its print for future references.

NEET 2019 Application Form Correction 

Candidates can make the correction in the given particulars & scanned images. NEET 2019 correction facility will be allowed only one time to the candidates. So, candidates fill the application form carefully.
